What we collect

Inquiry forms collect your name, email, phone (optional), preferred date, party size, experience level, and the message you write. Server logs record your IP (hashed before storage) and user-agent to triage abuse.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry and prepare your trip. We do not sell personal data. We retain inquiry records for up to 24 months for trip planning and tax purposes, then delete.

Sharing

We only share information with third parties when strictly necessary — e.g. naming participants for venue permits or insurance. Payments are processed via established third-party processors who handle card data directly.

Cookies

This site uses session cookies for authentication on the admin area. Analytics, if enabled, is privacy-respecting (no personal identifiers).

Your rights
