1. Booking & Payment

Inquiries received via this site are not confirmed bookings. A trip is confirmed once Just Canyoning replies with a date hold and you accept in writing. Final balance is due in full before the trip start unless otherwise agreed.

2. Cancellation

Cancellations more than 14 days before the trip date are refunded in full minus any third-party booking fees. Cancellations 7–14 days before refund 50%. Cancellations under 7 days are non-refundable. Weather-cancellations by Just Canyoning are refunded in full or rescheduled at your choice.

3. Risk & Liability

Canyoning involves inherent risks including rappels, immersion, slips, falls, and exposure. Participants must declare any medical conditions, follow guide instructions, and accept reasonable risk for activities of this nature. Just Canyoning carries professional liability cover; you are responsible for your own travel and medical insurance.

4. Photos & Video

Guides may take photos and short video of trips for marketing. If you prefer not to appear, tell your guide before the trip starts and we will respect that.

5. Conduct

Guides may end a trip at any point if a participant is endangering themselves, the group, or the environment. No refund applies in that case.

6. Updates

These terms may be updated; the version on this page applies to any booking confirmed after the last-updated date below.
